More often than not, these contextual and cultural factors impact the design and implementation of performance management systems.

Explain how these cultural differences will impact the design of a performance management system, and how you can adapt a proposed system to improve its chances of success. Propose at least two improvements that an organization would consider to raise an employee’s acceptance of a performance management system in these countries.
